Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipments

We provide free shipping on orders above Rs 499, across India through reputed courier service providers. We take services of the Indian Postal department in case the shipping address is not serviced by the courier partners.

Orders will be dispatched within 4 working days. Depending on your location, your order will be delivered within 7 working days. Delivery timelines for pre-orders/ custom orders will be decided on a case to case basis. In case there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances then you will be duly notified. Deliveries may get delayed due to festive season rush or other force majeure conditions.

Delivery of all orders will be done at the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
We currently have arrangements for order fulfilment within India only. If you wish for any orders to be delivered outside India, you can email the details to us at kaanchicrafts@gmail.com

Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
At Kaanchi, we make the best possible effort to share precise details about our products with respect to color, fabric type, size etc. to help you make an informed choice. Any change to your order can be made only if the order is not yet processed at our end. Once the order is processed & packed, we won’t be able to cancel or make any changes to the order.

Every product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it is damage free. Please note that many Kaanchi products are sourced from traditional artisans who make hand crafted products, with minimal or no use of modern machines. Please note that any variation in colour, patterns, small imperfections due to hand work are not defects. Instead, that is what makes the products unique and valuable.
We try to capture true colours of our fabrics, however actual colours of the products may vary slightly due to screen calibrations and photography effects. In the unlikely event of you receiving a wrong or damaged product, here is our policy on returns:
Returns
We accept returns for shipments only where you have received a damaged or wrong product against the order that you had originally placed at kaanchicrafts.com
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition it was received in. It must be returned in its original packaging, along with the product tag.
Please send us an email at kaanchicrafts@gmail.com within 3 days from the receipt of the package specifying the reason for the return. This will help us understand and address any gaps at our end.

If the returned products have been used, altered or damaged in any way before reaching Kaanchi Crafts office, refunds or exchanges will not be possible. Refund will be solely at the discretion of Kaanchi Crafts.

Any product that is returned without original packaging, all items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Products purchased during a promotion/ sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds (If applicable)

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you about the status of refund. If refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original mode of payment, within a reasonable time period.
Exchanges (If applicable)

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you about the status of exchange.
If another piece of the same product is readily available, we will dispatch the same within 7 days of receipt of your return otherwise a refund of the applicable amount will be issued as per refunds process stated above. In case of non availability, we will communicate the estimated date of availability and seek customer's concurrence for a delayed delivery.
Shipping Charges

In case you are returning a damaged or wrong product, please email a scanned copy of courier receipt to kaanchicrafts@gmail.com, mentioning the invoice number and order number and we will refund the shipping cost incurred.
